Compliance continues to be a popular topic with its changes and challenges it provides for companies. In 2020, employee benefits and healthcare will continue to be top of mind for all organizations as we prepare for the upcoming election. A few topics we plan to touch on include potential effects of the election on employee benefits and looking forward into 2020 with other benefit issues.

As Vice President in the Employee Benefits division, Jamie works in conjunction with clients to develop and implement short term and long term strategies for their employee benefits programs. Jamie has been with Cottingham & Butler since 1997 and has been working in the employee benefits division since 1998. She enjoys the opportunity to work directly with her clients and in the marketplace. Prior to joining Cottingham & Butler, Jamie worked as the Director of Marketing at an OEM Company and as a Marketing Manager for a collectable toy Company.
Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, her horse hobby, and a number of outdoor activities.

As an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Consulting Practice at Cottingham & Butler, Nikki’s top priorities include new business development and the servicing of her current clients. Nikki focuses on building her relationships with current and prospective clients particularly in Western Iowa and neighboring states. Nikki is currently pursuing her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Outside of the office, Nikki enjoys country music, running, spending time with family (especially her two nieces and nephew), and traveling.
