As a Benefits Executive, Melanie develops employee benefit plan recommendations for prospects by analyzing client date, assessing funding strategies, and understanding client needs. Melanie provides high quality service to clients while communicating with markets throughout the renewal process. Melanie has exceptional analytic skills and an ability to apply those to client budgeting and cost sharing. Prior to joining the Benefits department in 2008, Melanie successfully completed an internship at Cottingham & Butler, where she worked in the Human Resources department.
