Transition of benefits through ownership changes can be difficult to administer correctly due to the number of factors that must be considered. In this webinar, we will discuss what transition items should be considered before the ownership change. We will discuss what companies should review and consider within the Due Diligence process.

Melanie Kintzle is a Benefits Executive for Cottingham & Butler’s Employee Benefit Services. As a Benefits Executive, Melanie develops employee benefit plan recommendations for prospects by analyzing client date, assessing funding strategies, and understanding client needs. Melanie provides high quality service to clients while communicating with markets throughout the renewal process. Melanie has exceptional analytic skills and an ability to apply those to client budgeting and cost sharing. Prior to joining the Benefits department in 2008, Melanie successfully completed an internship at Cottingham & Butler, where she worked in the Human Resources department.
