Join Bob Radecki, Founder of Benefit Comply and Amanda Olimb, J.D. as they address some of the most frequent employer questions arising out of the recent legislative developments. After the new laws passed, various government agencies begin to release guidance and rules for executing the new requirements. This session will spend a brief time outlining the newly mandated leave requirements and then quickly shift to answering some of the most frequent and complicated questions employers are asking as a result of the laws and the subsequently released rules.

Bob Radecki has more than 30 years’ experience in the HR and employee benefits industry, helping employers deal with difficult benefit and compliance matters. Previously, Bob founded and served as president of A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally-recognized compliance consulting and training firm. He has served as the principal HIPAA consultant to a number of health insurance companies and is recognized as an expert on a variety of benefit compliance issues including COBRA, FMLA, health reform and more.

Amanda joined Benefit Comply, LLC in December of 2018. Currently, she is responsible for answering client helpline questions, providing client fee-for-service project consulting, writing compliance content, and delivering client training both via the web and on-site. Amanda is a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota and specializes in the area of Employee Benefits.
