Weekly Sessions:
Introduction to Audits and Investigations
This session will cover applicability, basic regulations, government platforms, and audit basics.

This session will address the government regulations around driver qualification, driver files, CDL, and training.
Controlled Substances & Alcohol Testing Requirements
This session will discuss drug & alcohol testing expectations, including the clearinghouse.
Operational
This session will touch on the “Driving of CMVs” requirement along with HOS.
Vehicle Maintenance, HM, Summary
This session will look at the maintenance expectations, briefly discuss HM expectations, and talk about upcoming legislation before wrapping up all six sessions.
