Food Defense: Protecting Food from Intentional Harm | Webinar
Event Date: July 10, 2018
Preventing intentional adulteration is an important part of an overall food protection strategy. Regulatory agencies in the United States have placed enhanced focus on protecting the nation’s food supply against the threat of intentional contamination, particularly after the terror attacks of 9/11.
Food companies must identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies that will help prevent deliberate acts intended to cause wide-scale harm to public health. Join our webinar to discover how you can implement a food defense strategy.
