Food Defense: Protecting Food from Intentional Harm | Webinar
Event Date: July 10, 2018
Preventing intentional adulteration is an important part of an overall food protection strategy. Regulatory agencies in the United States have placed enhanced focus on protecting the nation’s food supply against the threat of intentional contamination, particularly after the terror attacks of 9/11.
