This interactive workshop will focus on some of the major food safety challenges that the food and beverage industry faces today, with a particular focus on supply chain risk control. Notably, attendees will hear from Michael Gregory, Deputy Chief Economist and Head of U.S. Economics at BMO Capital Markets, about current conditions and key factors facing our economy and food industries, and Dr. David Acheson, the world’s leading food safety consultant who will share insight on the implications of and modern techniques to managing supply chain risks from a senior leadership perspective.
Attendees will also learn about the regulatory requirements for supply chain risk control, as well as some practical ways to both assess and then manage supply chain risk.
