YOUR RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE
Your applicant experience at Cottingham & Butler may be a little different from other employers. Our goal is to find great people, get to know them, and place them in positions where they will be successful. To do that, our process includes multiple interviews, position placement assessments, and possibly job shadowing. The entire process typically takes around 2-3 weeks from application to offer. Below is a quick outline of what to expect.
1) Apply for Dream Role | You submit your resume and application. We will be in touch shortly to let you know if you are a good fit for the next stage.
2) Get to Know Each Other | Selected candidates will join a short phone conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists and be asked to complete our position placement assessments. The phone call and short assessments help us better match candidates with the right role.
3) Interview Time | The next step is in-person or virtual interviews with the hiring manager(s) for the specific role. Candidates can typically expect 2-3 interviews at this stage; however, there could be more if additional roles are a fit. For a few positions, the final step will be to participate in a job shadow.
4) Nailed It | Candidates who best fit the role will receive an official offer. Time to celebrate!
