Scott M. Dettmann is an expert in all phases of compensation management, advising clients since 1985. Scott entered into partnerships with Charlie Carlson in 1996 and continued as a partner in Enetrix, LLC, helping pioneer the firm’s online compensation survey enterprise. Prior to partnering with Charlie Carlson, he was President of DCA Wisconsin, a third party administration, consulting, and actuarial service firm. Earlier in his career he served as a human resource director at several manufacturing organizations. Scott has led clients through base pay program design and management, executive compensation studies and strategic business planning. He holds a MBA from Drake University and a BS degree in General Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He has served as an adjunct professor of business at the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison.

Matt Shefchik has over 20 years in the field of compensation. Consulting with clients on compensation and human resource management projects since 2002, his areas of concentration are employee and executive compensation, sales and incentive compensation, job evaluation, and employee engagement. He is an expert witness on compensation matters. In addition to his consulting experience, he was an executive officer of a human resources services firm.
