Presented by Jason Edwards, Manager – Voluntary Benefits
With a laser focus on medical plans, there is often little discussion around other employee benefit programs. Jason Edwards, Director of Voluntary Programs, will be hosting an hour-long discussion around a more holistic look at employee benefit programs as a recruiting and retention tool. He will discuss how to leverage these programs in a way that lifts the employee communication and education burden from the human resources team.
