No matter where you are in the food chain, the biggest challenge in food production is safety. How a company assesses risks, and most importantly manages those risks, all comes back to culture.
Company leadership sets the tone for culture, and this affects brand and reputation, in addition to safety. It is important for leaders to build a food safety culture – a culture that ensures a safe environment for employees and a safe product for consumers.
In this webinar, we will cover the following:
- Recipe for culture change
- Strengthening the frame
- Employee training
- Keeping changes on track
- Maturity models
Date: Tuesday, May 8, 2018
