Mike Johns is a Vice President and Service Director for C&B’s Employee Benefits Practice. In this role, Mike manages and supports a team of benefits consultants, marketers, and business/pharmacy analysts and oversees the service they deliver to C&B clients. Throughout his 10 year career at C&B, Mike has gained tremendous acumen for the transactional aspects of insurance placement. Mike has supported the team in providing insights and analysis on hundreds of challenging client renewals with various fully-insured and self-funded carriers. Mike’s vast experience in is well utilized in helping with renewal navigation, cost mitigation, and ongoing strategy; which assists the team’s procurement of affordable insurance coverage for C&B clients. |
Taylor Orton

Taylor Orton has worked with Cottingham & Butler since 2012, and currently holds the position as the Director of Wisconsin Benefits. Prior to managing the Wisconsin Benefits Practice, Taylor ran the Healthcare Analytics division of Cottingham & Butler and brought with him an analytical background with experience at Crescent Electric and IBM. Taylor’s vast experience in both healthcare and data analytics provides our clients with a strategical insight to make better decisions for their business and employees. |
